Please ensure all products are correctly treated soon after receipt of your order to protect them for a long life.

If gates are not being fitted immediately after receipt, please ensure they are stored flat in a dry covered area, preferably inside.

If gates must be stored upright, please ensure both side of the gate are flat against a wall to ensure no twist will be added to the final product. When looking from behind one post across the product, ensure the corner of one post lines up with the other from top to bottom of the post.

All of our products are photographed before leaving the warehouse to ensure the quality of the final product, improper storage may result in damage of the products and is entirely at the risk of the individual.
